Wellness Mixer for High Performers and Corporate Teams

After a week of building, pitching, and networking, Velle brought the community together for a Saturday morning focused on making space for themselves.

Hosted at NLink in collaboration with TAYWay and wellness partner Samsara Nutrition, the experience brought together movement, intention setting, and curated connections, with a focus on making everyday life easier.

The morning was built around a question familiar to founders, creatives, and busy professionals: how do we take care of ourselves while juggling everything we want to build?

Alongside opportunities to move and reset, the experience highlighted practical ways to carry that intention into daily life. A featured PrepChef AI demo introduced attendees to an ingredient-first meal planning tool that helps turn what they already have into meals suited to their preferences.

With a free option available, PrepChef was something attendees could take home to continue the experience. Easing the daily decision of what to cook was part of the larger goal: giving people more time and energy to focus on themselves.

Curated introductions and community conversations created space to connect beyond job titles and business pitches. The morning brought another side of Velle's vision to life, supporting the people behind the businesses as well as what they are building.

Thank you to TAYWay, Samsara Nutrition, NLink, and everyone who contributed to the experience. Community is built by the people within it, and this morning was an opportunity to make room for their wellbeing, too.

Key takeaway: Across both SF Tech Week events, attendees shared that these were the rooms they had been most looking forward to during SF Tech Week and were excited to be part of.
