Above the Noise — NY Tech Week

Velle co-hosted with Ilias Anwar from Anwar Enterprises for a special NYC Tech Week edition and brought their communities with them. In the middle of one of the most electric weeks in New York, we found ourselves at Brown Girl Clubhouse, a space built around diversity, inclusion and supporting female founders, and honestly it could not have been a more perfect fit for the room we were building.

Founders, creators, and builders all at different chapters of their journey, surrounded by colorful nametags, talking table cards placed around the room to keep the conversation going, and good drinks and snacks to keep the energy up. We also had mini mic interviews to spotlight talented Velle creatives!

The conversations went deep, the connections were real, and two collaborations came out of that night. A podcast host met a creator and brought them on the show. And the founder of Velle met a talented creator who is now co-hosting our next SF event. That is not networking. That is Velle working exactly the way it is supposed to.

When the right people are in the right room, things happen. We will keep building that room.
